Abstract
결론
저자는 생후 3년 5개월에서 12년 3개월사이의 아동 38명 (남아 18명, 여아 20명)을 대상으
로 유구치에 장착된 Stainless Steel Crown 주위의 치은염, 치은열구삼출액 및 치면 세균막
부착도에 관하여 조사하였던 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. Stainless Steel Crown의 장착으로 인하여 변연치은의 건강에 유해한 변화가 유발되
지는 않았다.
2. 장착상태가 양호한 Stainless Steel Crown의 경우 변연치은의 건강에 영향을 미치지
않았으나, 장착상태가 불량한 Stainless Steel Crown의 경우 변연치은의 건강에 약간의 영
향을 미쳤다.
3. Plaque Index의 경우 Stainless Stee1 Crown이 장착된 치아가 대조군인 자연치에 비하
여 약간 낮았으나 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다.(P>0.05).
4. Plaque Index, Gingival Crevicular Fluid flow rata 그리고 Gingival Indeal 상호간에는
강한 상관관계가 있었다.
5. 피검 Stainless Steel Crown중 38.03%가 장착상태 양호하였으며 Crown의 결함은
Crimp, Length, Position, Contour, Polish, Contact 그리고 Cement의 순으로 많았다.

Author investigated the interrelationships among maxilla, mandible, chronologic age,
body height and body weight in 66 children.
And the following results were obtained :
1. Body weight and body height showed highest correlation with each other among all
variables.
2. There was no significant, difference in chronologic age, body highest and weight
between male and female. But maxilla and mandible were somewhat larger in boys than
in girls.
3. Maxilla and mandible had highest correlation with body weight and lowest with
chronologic age.
4. It was felt that the growth of maxilla and mandible could be more precisely
anticipated by body height and weight than by chronologic age.
